CUSTOMER SERVICE QUESTION Do you come out to the venue to discuss the job ? ANSWER Yes, it is free, one of our staff will come and see you at your venue to discuss your needs, be a birthday party, wedding or a corporate event.(only on jobs more than £150.00)
SALES QUESTION Can orders be made over the phone or do you have to come in to the shop ? ANSWER Yes, orders can be made over the phone as long as you give your name , address and contact telephone details.
SUPPORT QUESTION Will someone be able to tell me how long inflated balloons will stay up, what balloons and gas I would need if I was to do my own decorations ? ANSWER Yes, we give free advice and information relating to your needs. We do get a lot of people wanting to do their own decorations and we have party packs that will suit any needs. We can supply balloons, gas , ribbon etc that will match your venue.
We strongly recommend you use a qualified balloon decorator to do your wedding. Your wedding day does not want to be spoilt by a poorly decorated venue with balloons.
BILLING QUESTION Do you pay when you order and can you pay by cheque, cash or card over the phone or do I have to come in ? ANSWER Payment is due 14 days before a job is undertaken, cheques and cash are taken.
PRODUCT / SERVICE SPECIFIC QUESTION What products and services do you do ? ANSWER We do a wide range of products and services, from balloon decorations, balloon releases, sculptures, gas rental, and t-shirt printing, no job is too small or too big.
MISCELLANEOUS QUESTION How long can latex and foils stay afloat ? ANSWER Latex balloons are inflated the same day and will stay afloat for about 18 hours at best. A substance can be placed inside a latex balloon when inflated, which will make the balloon stay afloat for much longer, 4-5 days max, at a small extra charge
Foil balloons will stay afloat about 5 days, but we do not recommend using foils for balloon releases.
